Instructions:
First step is Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly coat a 13” x 9” baking pan with cooking spray.
And then, Season both sides of pork chops with salt and pepper and place in the prepared pan. Sprinkle evenly with chives, parsley and sage. Drizzle with garlic oil. Place a piece of butter on top of each pork chop. Pour the chicken stock/broth or water into the bottom of the pan.
